Overview

In the heart of the city and only 30m away from Sé Catedral, Residencial Americana is a beautiful historical building that enclosures the famous Largo do Chafariz.

2 steps away from the shopping area of the city and from Mercado dos Lavradores. Within 5 minutes walking you will find the Marina do Funchal, the theatre and the city museums. Also close by you will be able to enjoy the restaurants and bars area.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception service and a complete service supplying information about the city and all the activities on the island.

Room information	From some of the bedrooms you will be able to enjoy the magnificent view over the Cathedral, the historical building of Banco da Madeira and Largo do Chafariz. Towels are provided every day as the T0 apartment is cleaned every day. Linen is changed every 2 days.

Area information	Câmara de Lobos (7 km) - A fishing village with a sparkling bay, best viewed from Cabo Girão, the 2nd highest cliff in the world, a few kilometres west from Câmara de Lobos. Lido Promenade (2.5 km) - One of the most touristic areas from Madeira. A complete leisure area where you will be to enjoy a bit more from the famous island and a promenade that crosses the whole touristic centre, close to the coastline.
